Sears - Don’t care when they mess up
Had my washer delivered. They forgot the fabric softener dispenser.
Called customer service. They are in the Phillapines. They can’t call the truck to see if it’s left behind there. But they can mail it to me in 10 days.
I have one weeks laundry waiting to get done so I start. Put my darks load in and come back to check if it is in the rinse cycle to put my softener in manually. The top of the machine is HOT! The installer has mixed up the hot water and cold water hoses.
My expensive black pants are ruined. I call customer service. Still in the Phillapines. Sorry you had a bad experience.
We can send some out next week. I need the machine now. We are sorry you are frustrated. What about my ruined clothes?
We are sorry but there is nothing we can do about that. Never buying Sears again.
