Had a appointment to get my lawnmower fixed between 8-5 he came at 6 didn’t have any parts on the truck It was 8pm when he left had to order them I live in Oklahoma they sent them to Kansas rwice I have called five times still no parts the worse customer service in the country don’t buy extended warranty from Sears.or any thing .i finally got some one in the USA but still no parts since they have been paid for I wounded if I will ever get them.They have used every excuse you could have but most of the time just can’t understand English what a shame for a company to go under like this maybe if they would read the reviews they would know why the company is the worse place to buy any thing.
