I too am fed up with Sears. My dryer stopped working.

We have a 3yr. warranty. I called Sears and was scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour window. No one called or showed up by the 3rd hour.

I called and spoke to someone who was polite but probably in India. I was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail and phone call regarding the situation.No one called. I repeated this process 3 more times. Additionally, I had to repeatedly update my phone number and address each time I called and it never was corrected.

I finally called and had to demand to speak to a supervisor. She politely let me know that I didn't have an appointment, that they send the request to a third party. The third party calls. In the interim while waiting for someone to call me, I also called the manager at the Sears where I purchased the appliance.

That person hasn't called me either. I will never shop at this horrible place again!

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Dryer Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
