Only one year old refig from Sears completely stopped working on 12/16/17. Have a 5 year extra warranty.
Sears couldn't get to me until 12/19/17 to determine issue. Lost all food. Had to order parts to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. Received email from Sears service department on 12/26/12 wanting to verify I received parts.
Have not received parts. Called 877-9276841 as directed and waited 30 minutes before I could speak to a person. Rep said they didn't know where the parts are. Got a recorded call from Sears directing me to call a number to reschedule my repair.
DO NOT USE SEARS. EXTRA BAD SERVICE
