We purchased a washer & drier on Black Friday. Sears has rescheduled the delivery twice because they don't have the items.
We do not find this out until the morning of. I had to take time off from work (use my own vacation hours) both times. Its been over a month since we purchased both items (today is December 30) and we are still two weeks away from the next delivery window. I will be contacting BBB next week to find out my customer rights.
We are also thinking about shopping around again and canceling out order.
I don't plan to shop at Sears again. Sears used to be a good company.
