We purchased a washer & drier on Black Friday. Sears has rescheduled the delivery twice because they don't have the items.

We do not find this out until the morning of. I had to take time off from work (use my own vacation hours) both times. Its been over a month since we purchased both items (today is December 30) and we are still two weeks away from the next delivery window. I will be contacting BBB next week to find out my customer rights.

We are also thinking about shopping around again and canceling out order.

I don't plan to shop at Sears again. Sears used to be a good company.

Cancel and go to a loacal appliance store. Get your money before they go bankrupt and you will be out your money and have no appliances to show for it. Rochester NY


What are you waiting for? Cancel the order and wander over to Lowe's if you have one in your area as they will deliver for free.

Or, find a comparable washer and dryer elsewhere. It's been a month now, why put up with Sear's nonsense?

We found a very very deal on Black Friday = low price.

We currently have a working washer & drier but wanted a upgrade.

We are looking into comparable washer & Drier's this weekend. If we find a reasonable priced pair we will be canceling our order AFTER we purchase the new ones.
