Sears came out to repair a dryer. After the first visit they needed a part and it would be in in 4 days and they would be back to install.

after 7 days part and tech came back. Part did not fix the dryer. Tech called for help because he could not find why it did not work. located second problem.

Ordered part cost another 150.00 total so far 240.00. Promised part in 5 days. Waited 7 days for part then told tech would be another 3 days. Tech and part finally arrived di]d not fix drier tech called for help again Cost now up to over 500.00.

told it would be another 7-10 days..

Cancelled everything asked for refund was assured by customer service. NO REFUND NO REPAIR out $240.00.
