SALESMAN IN MY HOME, SOLD AN HVAC SYSTEM, I AM IN MY 80's. I TRUSTED THE SEARS NAME & BRAND, IT USE TO MEAN SOME THING.

I REALIZED THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD BE, BUT I TRUSTED THE NAME. I WAS TOLD MY PAYMENTS WOULD BE ABOUT 100 TO 110 DOLLARS. IN ALL MY YEARS OF NOT BEING SCAMMED, I TOOK HIM AT HIS WORD. SHOULD HAVE BECOME SUSPICIOUS WHEN HE COULD NOT GIVE ME A COPY, BECAUSE HE WAS USING A LAP TOP.

FIRST PAYMENT WAS $130.00, SECOND PAYMENT WAS $187.00, ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT THE REST WILL BE. WHEN I COMPLAINED, I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE BANK, PAY SEARS OFF AND DEAL WITH THE BANK, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, ONCE YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT.

THEY ARE NO LONGER THE SEARS THAT WE ONCE KNEW. THEY ARE THE MIDDLE MAN, SCAMMING OFF WHAT WAS ONCE A GOOD NAME.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I didn't like: That the salesman did not give me a copy of contract, And when i received it almost two months, Feels like an elderly scam.
