I was promised a delivery between 3.pm-5.pm today.Was texted about 1pm.
to say that driver could not find address on his GPS and would I rearrange delivery. Why did the driver not telephone? I could have told him exactly where we are. In a town of 700 people and one road in, could he not ask?
Also, Sears has delivered here before, and the address shows on Google etc.
Sears may send their emails promising delivery dates and times but they are no good if their drivers cannot use common sense.UPS and FedEx deliver here all the time.
