I will never order anything from Sears online again. You can't get any satisfaction when you have an order that never arrives.
They give you the run around on the phone. We did receive one item that we ordered, which was a cutting board which came from K-Mart the apple slicer and corer is to come from Fast Media. They gave a tracking number that doesn't exist and when you contact them on it they give you another tracking number that was already used. Sear you really have a problem on your hands.
This is one customer that will tell anybody that your service is nothing but bad.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of sears shipping service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $28. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
