I went to sears and purchased an elite dishwasher which isn't cheap at all and the promotion sears were doing advertised $100 cash back. Well, sears never gave me my $100 cash back.

I went to the store and talked to the salespeople in the appliance section they put me on the phone with cust service for over 30 I stood there. They act like they don't understand why I should get $100 cash back.

I paid over $1712.00 total for a dishwasher to be delivered and installed and sears want to treat me like this, forget me Ever buying from them again! I got ahold of a person named Shelley Fuller Member Services Specialist Lead Sears Palmdale, CA she told me I was confused and after I had some select words now she emailed me back and told me not to contact her anymore pertaining to this issue since I told them I didn't want anything to do with sears anymore.
