I had an appointment confirmed by email and call in for Monday may 21st. I arranged to take a day off to wait for the repair person.
At 4:00 Friday I got an email saying to call, the appointment had to be rescheduled. I called and after speaking to several people was put on hold and hung up on (30 minutes invested).
I called back and went through the entire process again, explain the issue giving my contact information, only to be transferred to another person who needed all my contact information.
All the time telling me how important to sears I am.
This refrigerator has been nothing but trouble since I bought it. There are at least 5 repairs on it probably involving over 20 visits by technicians.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
