I bought a freezer that did not work I contacted the door in seven days and was promised by a Salesman Myka that I would get a new freezer. I called the store and could not get a live person, just an answer machine.
So, I visited the store three times traveling at least ten miles each time.
I waited three weeks and complained to the store manger who told the salesman to set up a date to be repaired and no response.
I had to call the office of the president before I was able to get a repair person.
