On April 28th, Sears came to my home to repair my TV. Upon inspection, the repairman sent his information to Sears.

It was concluded that the TV would be replaced as it would cost to much to repair. I was issued amount for replacement and told to go to Sears to pick out a new TV. Sears had only 8 TV's to choose from all 55" and 65", I am replacing a 60". After about 8 phone calls to customer service and hanging up on at least 4 customer service reps due to the fact that they told me my TV was not under warranty, this after sears granting me replacement funds, I finally (so I thought) had a TV on order.

I have since called Sears 3 more time and again placed 3 more orders, each time I call I am told all that I can do is place another order. This has been going on for a month now, and to date I still do not have a replacement TV.

Sears has really changed, their customer service is absolutely HORRABLE . I am done with Sears, I will never by another thing from this company.
