Not very well. I'm still getting the run around

I purchased an extended warranty on appliances. My refrigerator has not been working since early April.

Parts have been ordered but not all have arrived. Getting a new refrigerator, per my extended warranty, seems to take an act of Congress. I have been given inaccurate information, the run around, and no person to

speak with to resolve this in an expeditious manner. Parts were reordered the 24th of June even

though they were ordered 2

months prior.

The replacement

was denied because they wanted to see if the parts would come

after being reordered. That made no sense to me. If they didn't come in 2 months, why would you reorder them expecting a different result in 10 days? They haven't come.

Why does this process take so long? I honestly feel like you all are giving me the run around because you don't want to honor your word.

User's recommendation: Do NOT buy anything from Sears.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sears Pros: Back when they knew how to take care of their customers.

Sears Cons: Customer service and lack of caring i am very angry.
