Purchased a dryer on-line and cancelled within 2 days because I found another one I liked better. They said the refund would be credited back in "7-10 business days".

That was 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund.

I've called at LEAST 12 times, and every time they tell me that a manager will callback within 24-48 hours. No one has EVER called me back.

Almost the same thing happened to me. I returned my items, which was on March the 13th.

I have several emails that states my refund will be credited back in 5-7 business days. When the 5-7 business is up I am told 3-5 busniness days. when I told the lady it has been more then that she stated to give it a couple more days. Then I called back and was told 7-10 business days.

When the 7-10 business day was up I was advised again to give it another day. I still do not have my refund.
