My Seiki tv has no picture but has sound. Set is less than two years old and was purchased brand new from Sears.
They should change the name to Sucki! Customer service left a lot to be desired also because I had no proof of purchase, who keeps receipts that long anyway, they wouldn't even try to troubleshoot for me. C'mon man!
I plainly explained that I have no picture but I do have sound, one of their techs could have offered some advice, but the customer service rep wouldn't even put me through! Next set is a Vizio for sure!
