On Aug. 11, 2008, I was on the phone for 46 mins., spoke to 5 different people, giving my name,etc.

each time, in an attempt to have a repairman come to service my 7 month old washer. Excuses--"we can't schedule an appointment because you aren't in the computer." "Are you sure this is the washer you own?" The final gentleman I spoke with asked me to get the model and serial numbers so that he could put it in the computer. The repairman was prompt and courteous, ordered the part and rescheduled for 8/26. When part had not arrived 8/25, I wasted 17 more mins.

on the phone to learn the part was back ordered with no promised delivery date.My home is filled wirh Kenmore appliances but there won't be any more due to this horrible phone experience.
