My order of a shed and a foosball table was placed on Sep 30 and scheduled for home delivery on Nov 15 (45 days). 2 days before the delivery date, I’ve got an automated call for the delay and had to reschedule to Nov 29.

It happened again for the 2nd and 3rd rescheduling on Nov 29 to Dec 04 and now Dec 19 - all with automated calls and I even didn’t have a choice.

I still have no idea if I could receive my order on Dec 19 yet but both two items on my order are still showing as available on Sears website.

I know they are currently filing bankruptcy but if Sears cannot fullfill customers order, they shouldn’t open or receive any orders.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Website, Online responses, Return policy lousy.
