Service person was 4 hours late and when checked for repair, he tried to charge for a part we did not need. The previous sears repair person approx.

8 months ago removed lint on inside and that was all that was needed. We called again and rescheduled when it started doing the same thing again. This repair man says it is a part and he would have to order it. I told him to clean the lint and see if it makes noise.

It did not it was fine, but he was going to charge for an extra part.

Then he left off the dryer 3 screws that needed to go back on my machine. Poor Poor service.
