Had scheduled service appointment for fridge repair for 9/13/18 between 8am and Noon. Obviously had to take off work to be available for the service technician.

At 10:30 am I received an email from Sears indicating they cancelled my appoint due to inclement weather in my area. Um, no there is not any inclement weather. Partly cloudy, 82 degrees, no wind, no rain, no issues. Yes there is a hurricane approaching in 48 hrs, but how is that impacting someone's ability to fix my fridge TODAY????

I would completely understand if we had wind and rain already approaching, but that IS NOT the case. First opportunity to reschedule is 2 more weeks. Will need to take off yet another half day for work. This is the second time, of 2 total times I have worked with Sears HomeServices, in which they have completely failed.

It is officially the LAST TIME.

Never again. Done with ANYTHING related to Sears.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Service reps in the homeservices call center are very polite.

I didn't like: Homeservices did not provide good service.
