Had a service warranty for a rising lawn mower. Called to make service appointment and it was a month before they could come, then they never showed up and had been given specific instructions on how to reach us.

Had to call again and the next appointment was another month away they could not fix the lawn mower and still we continue to wait for something to be done.

We have made several phone calls day after day to get the issue resolved and we always get told someone will call us or call back in 24 hours and nothing happens!

They have horrible customer service and don’t want to help or do anything for you it is just turning circles every time and getting no where. They should be servicing and upkeepinf the services people have paid for and they are not!!
