Details to my issue is in the link below as a different post in this website.

After I uploaded my first complaint they were very quick to reply back and asked me to email them with my problem details with the order number and stuff, as if they cared. But it has been more than 3 weeks now and I have not heard back from them. I replied back to their post again and no reply. I think they reply to only new post.

These people are big Liars. They have been promising me big hopes since last 2 months. But never been able to solve this issue. Be aware of them.

If they continue to ignore me like this I am thinking of putting a complaint in BBB. I hope this catches their attention.
