DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS. We bought several appliances and was charged $240 for them to set up an install.
The receipt says we will hear from an installer within 24-48 hours. It's been over two weeks and we haven't heard anything. We then hear that the appliances will be delivered on Friday. We ask about the installer and they say they don't know anything about that.
We ask about getting it scheduled and got connected with someone else. This happened two more times. We ask for our $240 back and say we'll contact an installer ourselves. They say they can't do that.
Transferred to yet another person, who says that she'll take care of it. Three days later, no call back from that person.
IF delivery comes on Friday we will refuse it and likely cancel the order. No wonder in the movie Bull Durham they make it sound like Sears employees are the lowest form of life.
This reviewer shared experience about pricing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
