Placed order, for first time, through Sears.com. Waited about a week with no reply on shipping information and checked online to the status of the order.
Sears cancelled the order and did not refund the order or make any correspondence to it being cancelled. It seems the only way to contact Sears is through chat which is located out of the U.S. I discussed my situation with a representative for some time and apparently the situation was not very clear as they had to get information from a supervisor.
My refund still has not posted so I contacted them again to check on the status. Same promise, it will be posted in 3-5 days...First and last time I ever order online with Sears!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of sears shipping service. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
