Purchased a LG refrigerator on Saturday and had it delivered on Monday. When the techs hooked it up the water/Ice maker did not work.
Called the CS line to schedule a repair and was asked what is wrong and I told her. After telling me that the ice maker should work without the water working(ugh frustrating) she put me on hold and never came back. This was after waiting on the line for about 15-20mins. This is definitely not the first time.
And after all this run-around I have been told that sears can't do anything and sent me over to LG customer support which is just as worst. I am in the process of returning this fridge and getting my money back and never buying anything from sears again...NEVER
