I made the mistake of purchasing a refrigerator, a range top, a dishwasher, and a double oven. They delivered a broken refrigerator and had to bring another one on another day and then the installer could not hook up the water line to the ice maker so I had to do that.

Then the range was delivered on a different day and they were 2 hours late. Now after taking yet another day off to have the oven installed they are coming 2 hours late so I wasted a day off for nothing. Nobody at Sears will take any responsibility for anything and nobody can give answers on anything. I've never encountered such a collection of useless morons in my life.

I have shopped at sears for over 30 years.

I will never purchase another thing from them as long as I live. I can see why they are going out of business.
