Called Sears to service my refrig...ice maker making ice but won't dispense thru the door...service person shows up...after 15-20 minutes says it's an electronic problem...charges me $100 to NOT diagnose and says it could be a couple of things and it would be approx $400...we declined. called local guy...took him 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem...
charged me $35. A&E, the Sears repair.service co, was no help...called to complain after talking to whoever answered the phone asked to be transferred to a supervisor... was put on hold, then hung up on.
