called sears and told them what needed to be replaced on dryer.(Drum Gasket) seviceman shows up empty handed with an $89 diagnostic bill.
BS my wife into replacing whole drum. Attempts repair 2 weeks later for another $200. tried to use dryer that night. drum barely turned and kicked motor out.
Kids were here when repaired. He obviously did not test it. Extremely disappointed. Horrible service.
Called customer service that night demanding next day service. was told to call back next day.
I was actually better off before attempted repair.Has been a terrible experience with sears all the way around.
