I ordered a microwave over a month ago. They have still not delivered or installed it.

I keep calling their customer service line and they say that the installer will call me- they never did! Finally, I said, please give me another installer, to which they responded they only had one in Miami and that they would put in a case with no promises. Finally an installer called at 8am on Tuesday saying he could come that day. Having no warning, I said I was working and asked to reschedule.

Of course, no reschedule was ever made. For the 20th time, I'm on hold with their customer service.

No wonder this business is doing poorly. If you can, save yourself a headache and use another company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Microwave Installation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Lack of customer service.
