Long story, been without a fridge for almost a month now. Three year old Kenmore Elite stopped working.

First tech came a week later said he needed to order a part and that would take a week to come in and another week to get back here. He also talked us into purchasing the 49.99 a month warranty. When the part came in the second tech came to install it. The fridge worked for 2 days!

A third tech came miraculously in 2 days. He said he needed to order yet another major part. This will also take one week for the part and another week for a tech. All my phone calls to customer service are a waste of time.

Nobody cares! My next service date is now August 9th this originally started on July 6th!

We are extremely frustrated! Why would we even want a contract if this is the kind of service we can expect.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
