Our washer developed issues and we decided to go with Kenmore because of past dealer performance. Local store would not honor internet price so we order via internet which applied free shipping.
Delivery notice was sent April 23 and delivery date was set for Monday, April 25 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 5:00 p.m. local Sears store called and said they'd had our appliances for a few days & we needed to come pick them up.
Larry told them we received free delivery. Manager told him we would have to pay for them to deliver. We called 800 again and was told our appliances was coming from warehouse next day. At 9:20 p.m.
that evening, delivery had not happened. We called 800, lady from an island said appliances were still coming that night. My husband told lady to cancel order. We could not wait up all night.
Sears manager called again April 26 and said he still had our appliances. We went over to store to pick up and was refused due to previous night cancellation. Sears guy said we could pay again and wait fore reimbursement. Gift cards utilized on order 847733705 have not been refunded.
Each time we call 800 number we are told card is on way. Again today I call and card is on way! We have not talked to a United States person yet. They tell us it's an island.
We are not rich and could use our $820. What can we do?
This has turned into a customer night mare. I would call Trump if it would help.
