I purchased a top of the line refrigerator with my Sear's Credit Card and the sales person talked me into buying there 3 year extended warranty. When you use your Master Card they double the 1 year factory warranty making it two years, and the 3 year extended warranty that they charged me $ 400.00 extra for only covered 1 year.

Some lawyer should look at this with a class action suit in mind. I've had seven service calls in less then 4 years with this lemon.

All due to a faulty ice maker probably a design fault. Customer service is unbelievable if you can get through to them, they put you on hold and somehow the line gets disconnected.

Product or Service Mentioned: Kenmore Refrigerator.
