Sears - I ordered a fridge.they called thursday said they would be here friday may 18th 2018 between 1230 pm and 230 pm
i called at 230 pm 50 minutes on phone.found out nothing called the local store nothing.3 hrs on phone.called hub .no answers.8pm come by finally called another number and they tell me no one got there delivery in my area.the truck never went out.never got a call.nothing.then they wanted to reschedule.i cancelled my order.in the last 6 weeks ive bought a stove ,washer dryer and other things.this is unsatisfactory.id truly like to talk to the president of the company.plus i took the day off for this.and my wife passed up 4 hrs of overtime.to be home to help me get it the basement.because when they brought my washer and dryer they wouldnt take the dryer to the basement.it was to wide they said it was 32 inches well one way it was.the other it was 29.5 inches.sad company

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Wasted my whole day, Lied to me all day, Had a hard time understanding people on phone, Cost me and my wife money we could of been at work.
