I purchased an HVAC unit from Sears and they quoted me a price of $10,000.00 plus told his I did not want to pay that price for entire unit at this time. The service contactor come be with a price
that was in my budget. Me and my husband talked it and purchased the unit now sears it tell me that I need to obtain an quote from another and show the proof that they would install my unit at the price stated on the agreement.
Sears will not credit my card back so called the corporate office the complaint department and was transfer me 8 times 6 different that could not locate me in the system with the reference number provided for them.
This was an 9am call which part of the resolution did not get resolved but two angels escalated to the correct people to handle the matter at hand.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I liked: Customer service rep was patient and polite.
I didn't like: Horrendous is the word that first comes to mind.
