I bought a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator about 3 years ago. I called Sears to tell them the paint is peeling off the front of the fridge.

They said "oh well it's out of warranty but if I'd like to pay $60 today and $39 a month they will come and look at it", but "it may not be covered". Are these people for real? There call center is now in Asia somewhere. The best is when you call Sears Holdings Corporate it just sends the call back to the call center.

Cute!. I'm done with Sears, of course since they are about to fall through the floor it's no big deal.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Complete disregard for customer.
