I had a technician to come out to my moms house to look at her refrigerator and he wasnt that knowledgeable and wasnt able to answer all the questions we asked. Second, the company had the nerve to have him check on a refrigerator and be on a conference call!
We didnt like that at all! The customer should always get the technicians undivided attention while doing electrical work. I had to pay the full price and nothing was wrong with the refrigerator and I think that its unfair not to give a partial refund for the inconvenience of being on the conference call for one hour. He had to tell us to hold on several times.
I sent several emails and called the corporate office, but Im not done yet!
This matter will get resolved! Next will be a typed letter to corporate and the CEO!
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
