I have a warranty for all my sears appliances.My dishwasher broke down and I called a week ago for an appt.

I was told nothing was available until a week later.. okay fine, I’ll wait!! The day came, I rescheduled my day to happily await the technician, just to find out he lied and never should up..

when I called to find out what time the tech was going to arrive I was told he did and no one was home..unbelievable!!
