My Mother had a warranty on her air conditioner, a PAID for warranty at that. She has been without a air conditioner for 6 weeks now in the summer heat.
She is disabled and my stepdad just had double knee surgery. They have been lied to over and over. They were suppose to install the new airconditioner on Sept 3 and they waited all day and no one showed up, call sears AGAIN and they said it was down for Sept 5th. The girl looked up the sku number and said you are right it was for the 3rd and someone changed it to the 5th.
This is the most incompetent Company I have ever dealt with!!!
I really hope that your company goes out of business and I am suprised with your beyond poor customer service that you are still in business. I am telling everyone that I know not to deal with Sears
