My sister, Scottsdale, Arizona, ordered a Refrigerator/freezer from Sears. I paid for it with my credit card.

One was delivered and the installation was a joke. My sister had to provide tools for them to use. They could not get get the doors balanced. So, she ordered a second one to be delivered.

Due to her home business she had to have it delivered on Thursday April 19th. We both went to the satellite store a confirmed the delivery. This is May 22 and she still has no refrigerator.

Is it any wonder Sears is folding? CEO has no clue what is happening in his company, he just gets a fat paycheck.
