Updated to add it actually ENDED UP BEING WAY WORSE!!!!! That's day they told my husband they would replace the tire and they didn't.

First, We all lead fast-paced lives so that nothing new! Stuff like a leak in a tire happens, and you have to deal with it like any other person.

About your tires. It sounds like you have a slow leak in your tire, which can be caused by a lot of things but usually not the 'TIRE" being defective, it's probably road damage in general. If tires are defective you would have had a lot of problems over the TWO YEARS you've been running them. One shouldn't expect to have a tire, or even better tires replaced because of a slow leak after two years.

You are really being unreasonable thinking you're going to get any company to replace all four tires, so you're lucky to be getting the one replaced. How long do you think tires should last?

How many miles have you put on them already and what are the specs on the tires? Think about it.

Sears trying to push out loyal customers

I opened my Sears account in 1978 soon after graduating from college and have been a loyal customer for nearly 40 years now. In the Spring, while I was abroad in a third world country visiting my kids, I was apparently sent a letter letting me know that Sears wanted me to forsake my Sears card for a MasterCard. I do not want a MasterCard. Not only did I already have one, but I was working a refinancing my home at the time and opening any new accounts ruins your % rate on your refinance. I did not receive the letter until I returned home, but I immediately let Sears know I was not interested. Without my permission, Sears went ahead an issued the MasterCard to me and soon it arrived in the mail. I immediately shredded the card and again let Sears know I had n use for the MasterCard. This of course DID affect my credit score and raised the % on my refinance. I was not happy, but I let it go. Today I entered Sears to purchase Christmas gifts and I was told I could not use my 39 -year old Sears card. Seriously? After calling customer service, I discovered that Sears cancelled my Sears card and were forcing me to use their MasterCard. I explained that I never requested nor wanted the MasterCard and I wanted to to use my Sears Card. Nope, I could not. I told the lady I shredded the MasterCard. She responded that she'd send me a new one. I told her I did not want a new card, I did not want a MasterCard, I wanted my old Sears card to work. She told me that was not possible . I then asked her it they wanted to lose me as a customer. I soon began to realize that she was likely a robot. Because she kept repeating herself over and over telling me that she "didn't want to give me false expectations". Huh? All I wanted was to use my Sears Card. Pretty simple. She then said she would have someone call me IN FIVE DAYS!!! No kidding! I walked out without my items and purchased them elsewhere. This store must WANT to close. They could care less about keeping loyal customers.

Placed online order Thursday for Water Heater and installation. Got email confirmation stating that next day Friday until 9 PM I will be contacted by the installer to schedule. No call. Went on line to get the status that stated delivery for 4 days forth. Saturday I called the number on the order and talked to somebody in Asia. She found no order under my ph# on the order (web side!) nor under the order# and after back and forth transfers and conversations, they found it by the Salescheck# (?!). after 3 hours, a supervisor told me the order is in the "***", not even processing! By that time I decided to cancel, tried to do it online but sent to call the same number I started my Saturday! In the end, I got a supervisor to register my request to cancel but the only confirmation was verbal. At this point my store credit account was not charged at all. Monday I checked my credit account and saw they put the charge. I said to myself "give then another chance". Tuesday when they were supposed to call me to confirm the delivery window for the next day, no call! I went through the same pain I did Saturday, except this time I got an email confirmation that I requested cancellation. By the next morning I got no cancellation number, so I called to check the order status and same story again. An hour later somebody called me to tell me that the water heater will be delivered to the store for the installer to pick it up!! As far as I stand, IS CANCELLED and I'm challenging the charge. Of course I'll go through the same ***, but at least I unloaded part of my pain here for you the reader to avoid the same and contribute to the final fall of Sears!!

I spent 3hrs.on the phone trying to get a resolution as to why I can't get my renewal thru my e-mail since they lie that they can't mail it out. Everyone who I spoke to or transferred to, in total 10 people did nothing but apologyse for the previous person. The last person put me on hold then the call dropped. He didn't even call me back, so what does that tell you, I'm not important. I'm not your valued customer. With all these complaints I don't see how you are still in business. The customer service agents are liars and don't care.

Send me my renewal. I don't know use credit cards over phone. They can even e-mail me my renewal for downloading. They did it last year after much distress now here we go again.

I ordered a necklace on may 6th of this year. I received a message that it would be in the following tuesday. I waited until the following friday to check at the store. The jewelry deparment sent me upstairs to receiving. Their response was "Did they email you that it was in". No message, no email. I will NEVER order or shop in this store again. That includes KMart as well. Too bad retired people have to go through something like this.
