My microwave handle popped off the second week in April. I called sears to schedule a repair appointment.

I was told that for my appointment on April 15th, that the technician would have the part when he came out. I took off work for this appointment, only for him to walk in my house and tell me that he thought that I had the part, not him. I was then given another appointment for today (May 4) and the part STILL has yet to arrive this is ridiculous! How are they still in business?!

Now they are telling me that I need to contact the protection agreement department and file a claim. For what?!?!

They literally have NO solutions for anything! They will not last much longer!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Anyything.
