Sears - Inability to deliver a refrigerator results in the inability to cancel the order and receive a refund
After two weeks of rescheduling delivery of a refrigerator, I canceled my order. (When canceling an order with Sears be sure to get a cancellation confirmation number for your credit card company).
The customer assistance person assured me I would have my refund with 7 to 10 days. That was Dec.
21 I have called several times since being told each time that the "check was in the mail", or someone would call me. It is now Jan 11 no refund, no calls, and according to the most recent customer support person the order was never canceled.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of whirlpool french door refrigerator and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1067. Sears needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
