Sears - Inability to deliver a refrigerator results in the inability to cancel the order and receive a refund
After two weeks of rescheduling delivery of a refrigerator, I canceled my order. (When canceling an order with Sears be sure to get a cancellation confirmation number for your credit card company).
The customer assistance person assured me I would have my refund with 7 to 10 days. That was Dec.
21 I have called several times since being told each time that the "check was in the mail", or someone would call me. It is now Jan 11 no refund, no calls, and according to the most recent customer support person the order was never canceled.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1067.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
