I called to check and see where the second item from a 2 piece tool set was. Was it shipped separately or what happened.

After speaking to six (6) different people for over half an hour, nothing was resolved. I'm still missing the " mechanical fingers" which was the missing item in my order. I "suffer" with PTSD and it severely disables my ability to tolerate the incompetence displayed by the operators. I was then told that they wouldn't be shipping the missing tool.

Then the conversation started heating up so I had to hang up. All I was doing was calling to check on an incomplete order and ended up having to seek medical help for the state of mind I now found myself having to deal with.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
