I signed with Sears to have them replace my countertops and back slash. We signed on 9/19/12.
They agreed to replace my breakfast itable which has a drop down piece. The sales person said that it would not be a problem. She also stated that the person removing the counter top would leave plywod for a temp countertop. What happened was they left a small piece of the old counter after I asked.
I had to take shelves from the basement and use as a countertop. they then sent an eletrician. A plumber and an installer. then the installer had to return to do the backsplash and did not remove an iron bracket.
He told my wife call the office. Also because the could not do the breakfast island as it was there is an unfinished exposed part of the cabinet showing.
Thhis is an incomplete job.NEVER USE THEM
