"The best Revenge is to be unlike the person who performed the injury." -----Marcus Aurelius Delivery complete, item is exceptional and excellent in its composition and its description and its essence. This will be the FINAL post that I will be making here, and I will not be monitoring any further progress, but I hope and pray that sharing my mother's foreboding nightmare will assist each reader/reviewer in what to do, and suggest some avenues which do work.

I am living venerable proof that if you dig deep enough, you find a trail of materials that will help you in your fight with Sears/SHC and WIN. I also hope that my win with Sears SHC will be yours as well. My mother is quite pleased with the outcome and actually being enabled to use what she purchased. She has no idea just how much I appreciate all of you, (whether covert UC, Anonymous or REAL, as I am) to have taken the opportunity to uncover things.

That takes courage, and each of you can be rightfully provocative to act where many fall due to pressure. Uncle Teddy Roosevelt would be proud of each and every one of us. This 'Arena' knocked the tar out of me, but I will become better and stronger in knowing that Sears WILL dies for good. Thank You, Dr.

Brene Brown ;) I won't predetermine or predict that of the obvious and unavoidable of what will eventually happen, but please know that the 'Restructuring' for Sears SHC only means to buy additional time to pull another rabbit out of the proverbial hat, which none of them have, and subsequently, have nothing to show for it in the end. In acquiescence, I believe that the time has come for me to accept what Sears SHC will do regardless, and make the most of what other retailers can offer to us as a consumer. Its a HUGE win for them, either way, nonetheless. Kmart and Sears will be long remembered for who and what they used to be.

Great memories, indeed. I wish and bid each of you well, and hope that you will continue to monitor and observe what is going on in your world.

UPDATE: There has been a DATA BREECH concerning all purchases made through Sears.com. NASDAQ under SHLD has filed a report concerning this mess from SHC in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

UPDATE: I just received an email from SHC (Sears) at 12:15 MST. The heading is "How was your recent delivery experience?".

Well, I already replied to SHC DIRECTLY as indicated BELOW. True to my word, I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING THEM IN THAT LINK SHC/Sears provided, as mine and my mother's delivery issue is already complete. Hang on....should be more to come.... Jeremiah 8:13, followed through with a pen stroke by finalizing the deal with Matthew 21:19.

Resolution? Nah.

Third day off work, what a ride! It was fun, and it keeps getting funner. (Darma and Greg pun, lol). Alas, Mercurcio!

SHC is CONCERNED that my mother and I have been posthumously "satisfied" with the result. Just when one believes that the large lady has finally sang the Sears soliloquy, it just keeps getting better. President Harry Truman (to whom has underwent the very nature and horrendous conduct of what it was like to run a business in his youth) used those very stalemates and problems to finally become the first president to issue to acting order to drop the atomic bomb. Well, the soliloquy won't occur until SHC finally lets Sears die with honor and at least a small amount of dignity....but there is too much at stake.

My mistake, which I attest and take ownership of was that I helped to propel attention to SHC, but in the end, Sears will die, as all of the business analysts and marketing gurus have indicated and forewarned of for the past three years. FACT: Issue was resolved, delivery made, item in excellent condition. SHC Answer: Huh? Here is the most recent update regarding "Post Contact" by SHC through the mechanism alluded to herein.

The "post contact" agent, through the you-know-what asked a simple, yet bewildering question and addressingto me: Dear (used my maiden surname ONLY): Thank you for contacting Sears. Please let us know if the issue has been resolved. Regards Nathan Okay. I brought their attention to pissed consumer.com that the issue had been resolved prior to this post notice, (that same day on April 26 2018),so this is what I wrote in reply.

I did not address them as I normally would when writing a business letter, so I did as they did: The situation has been resolved on our end, and only the Attorney General of Idaho and the Federal Trade Commission will close out the case WITHOUT MY PARTICIPATION, both directly and indirectly. Each will also will inform SHC that the matter resulted in, etc by paper mailing at the U.S. Corp HQ in Illinois. Consequently, the case number your SHC for all activities regarding this entire matter, especially now ARE Public between you and I, and have been submitted to these authorities, AND are being weighed presently by the FTC and the Attorney General of the State of XXXXX.

Ergo, they each will contact SHC through proper legal channels, as accorded and afforded by federal and XXXXX state laws. Please know that this is my last correspondence with SHC and Sears. Unfortunately, bankruptcy proceeding is Inevitable for SHC. Sears will be missed.

There is no other action required from you at SHC, and I bid you every blessing forthwith. Regards,. I haven't heard anything back, as to be expected.

The Moral of The Story Is This: THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD. Speak SOFTLY and CARRY A 'BIG' STICK.

=) Diplomacy begins by examining how and where to reach the point of your frustration and antagonism regarding your experiences with ANY business or merchant. Research, collect your data and comprise a strategy to confront your problems and issues. Be polite, civil and level headed regarding the realities of your situation and what you expect to happen to result in a favorable outcome. Here are the strategies I employed to bring attention to your dilemma with Sears.

Take note as these are some quick avenues to accelerate your process of your legal and rightful authority as a consumer to assist and ACCELERATE your issues to the top. SHC contend there are no land line options to SHC directly, so I found some key components that will help you get to the bottom of your issue: 1). IMMEDIATELY Contact your local state attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission to file a Formal Complaint. It seems slow, but I assure you, it is so worth it.

Express to them how you believe and have proof that trade and commerce guidelines are being abused and ignored. When you file your complaint, you can provide the necessary details to drive the point home. You literally have to inform SHC that you have/did file a FORMAL FEDERAL COMPLAINT to the FTC, as well as a formal complaint with the Consumer Services Division of your state's Attorney General Office. (That is what accelerated the whole thing ;) It's TRUE.

Remember: "Don't let your mouth write a check your 'posterior' can't cash." If you don't think you have the nerve to follow it through without assessing the benefits over the risk, only you, as the consumer lives with the 'what if I' had only did it. Fear cannot kill you, but your lack of motivation to see it through will. 2. Be sure to watch your SPAM folder for emails sent from Sears related entities, or other associated spam criteria.

You'll find the encryption symbol the red lock with a bolt/line through it. Take your proper precautions on your devices to block and detect different nuances and peculiarities. 3). Contact SHC with the following emails that go DIRECTLY to them.

They have a crafty and deceptive way to avoid having the proper email addresses and extensions, but all it took was a period between certain abbreviations and acronyms: shc@customerservice.sears.com smsupport@searshc.com smsupport@searshn.com lmunjai@searshc.com (SHC owner/op) ed.lampert@searshc.com (SHC CEO) 3). Keep Yourself informed ALWAYS of the activities that are taking place, and keep following up by email. After some time, you may receive a delivery failure from your email about "unmonitored email/extensions, etc. concerning the email address.

It is live and in REAL TIME, so don't throw in the towel. 4). Keep monitoring for responses. Due diligence can only occur if your persistence is backed by your knowledge and beliefs about the situation.

PERSISTENCE, PERSISTENCE, PERSISTENCE. The 'squeeky' wheel gets the grease every time ;) You might receive a "bounce back" notification from your email accounts (mine is through Gmail), but they will keep trying for up to 72 hours to make sure it reaches where it needs to be. The nice thing is that you have it in your e hand. SHC will try and get you to drop it by offering you xx,xxx shop your way points with Sears, or they may ask you if you want a refund.

DO NOT GIVE IN OR ACCEPT. Politely demand the item as paid for and promised and all of the details regarding the issues you are having. Keep it as short as possible (not as in my case here, hahaha). Now, CARPE DIEM!

Richard Sears would be EXTREMELY PROUD! =) Comebacks Are POSSIBLE!

A very pleasant ending to a rather lengthy story; therefore, I shall try to do my best to complete this update in thrift. (Good Luck Adelie with dat, right? ;) I am extremely pleased with the completion of the delivery and the straightforward expertise and professionalism of the two gentleman who were problem solvers and extremely customer oriented concerning the final leg of a long rough ride journey. I admire the accuracy, punctuality and integrity that these two men displayed in professional form.

These characteristics are the hallmarks of fine, long standing values, ethics, commitment and spirit of service that made Sears the retail giant for 125 years. I sincerely hope that the endeavors of the current administration at SHC understand the stellar commitment to your goods and services, and the people who bring it all together. As Bill Gates has said: "The greatest ASSET is in the people who are employed within the company." It takes every single Sears employee at the very rung of the ladder who make the former criterion of WHO and WHAT Sears is all about. Cliche and perhaps archaic in the business realm these days, the face of SHC is in EVERY EMPLOYEE who are in the front trenches are SHC's virtual cyber mechanism.

Even the big guys took stock in that, and it is INCREDIBLE, to say the least. Perhaps, they were concerned with my and my mother's behavior---which might indicate a "tip off" of sorts xD. hahaha. Alas, I digress....

I want to extend my sincerest thanks and gratitude for the attention to detail and the assurance guarantee that was granted my mother today. The item is in excellent condition upon examination thus far.

We did take photographs, but I am reserving the start to finish product once my brother and son in law stop by this evening to put it together. So far, so good!

Thank you, in advance for the opportunity and the therapy that will occur by releasing my experiences concerning a product my mother purchased through sears.com. I will spare each of you the length of details and the anarchy that she and I encountered, but will grant you some quicker avenues to perhaps accelerate your process of your legal and rightful authority as a consumer to assist and perhaps accelerate your issues to the top.

My mother purchased a billiards table from Sears.com on April 2, 2018. She was guaranteed delivery of the item to be made on April 18, 2018 between 7 am to 9 pm (with a two hour window scheduled between 3 and 5 pm). Lo and behold, no one showed up. At approximately 5:17 p.m. MST, I contacted the customer care center on my cell phone requesting where it was. (Strike one on my part). I was told by a rep that the item was in an adjacent village to my mother's residence, approximately 5 miles away. So, like the arduous and professional person that I am, I called again, same rep (only a different "Americanized name" ---I am a former QA Floor Supervisor, and a Community Services Advisor/Union Counselor for the Communication Workers of America #223 for the Former PHONE COMPANY. This was no surprise -.- ) at 7 p.m. MST. I called again, and they had no solution. Wait, it gets better....The call reception center is located in INDIA, and there are a few at home agents within the SHC who do the QA monitoring unbeknownst to all others, but not to me =).

The next day, I called the same Sears phone number for assistance (their chat function is a joke, since like one of the emails addresses to SHC doesn't exist) and spoke to another person who literally verbally GUARANTEED delivery of the item on the day I called, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the 3 to 5

two hour window. Still no delivery. So I called back again, and was told that the item purchased was sent to the hybrid store. My mother paid for delivery and shipping, so I decided to call the sears hybrid store in Idaho Falls, Idaho to have it picked up, and I would make up the difference to her. A wonderful sears employee took all of the information regarding the order number, my mother's name, sales check, phone number, etc. She and a number of floor employees went back into receiving and searched for the item, both back in receiving and throughout the entire store. She returned by phone call 22.5 minutes later that the item was NO WHERE on store premises.

I called back on Friday, April 19, 2018. I discovered through a number of known and unknown avenues---currently I serve as a fraud investigator and fraud prevention analyst, so I kicked my investigation skills and my fellow work colleagues assistance to get to the bottom of things. Boy, did we....

Long story short, I called again and politely demanded EXACTLY where the item is. The agent i spoke with finally caved and directed my effort to the Sears Hub Receiving Center in Boise.

The dynamite young person there informed me that the item had been shipped from the Boise facility to the Idaho Falls, ID facility on Thursday evening prior (which six hours away from my mother's home), and that it WAS at the Idaho Falls, Idaho store. Okay. I called back AGAIN to the Sears number, talked to the same agent again, and requested delivery of the item (since I and my colleagues located, tracked and found the item, WITHOUT Sears or its representatives indicating or assisting in any way, shape and form). Now, since I am a seasoned vet of the telecommunications and e commerce marketplaces, I used my tools and resources to fight back. Sears SHC took it upon themselves to conduct "slamming" and "cramming" without my mother's permission to accelerate the delivery date of the item to Wednesday, April 25, 2018. According to FCC rules and guidelines, slamming and cramming, even if it is a delivery date, still is applicable and is federally ILLEGAL. Unfortunately, over all, it literally takes 250,000 consumer complaints (whether in person, by phone, by email, etc) before they will step in an REGULATE the SHC entity, which by now is a moot point; Sears is on the *** of collapse, but my mother will get her pool table in two days.

Case in point, from the length and depth of my words regarding my present experiences, this is Fraud, and remarkably, it is a bait and switch system, akin to a pyramid scheme. Strong language indeed, but the absolute truth. Since I am employed in the Fraud Protection and Prevention field, it is as it appears to be.

Suffice it to say, I finally filed a formal complaint with both the Federal Trade Commission, the federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the State Attorney General Office in my home state. After a series of emails sent directly to SHC (which is based in INDIA, and the time differential is 11.35 hours ahead of U.S. Mountain Standard Time, I finally got SHC attention in these endeavors, and I mean BIG TIME =). They contend there are no land line options to SHC directly, so I found some key components that will help you get to the bottom of your issue:
