Not resolved

I ordered a mattress from Store and they promise me a date when i would receive my mattress. One day before delivery date, I got a call from Sears that your item is on time and will be delivered on time.

On delivery date i was waiting for my item but no call from Sears. Then in evening i called them and they said that Manufacturer did not ship your item to our warehouse so it would be late.

After 2 days again I called them that when i would receive my Mattress, they said it would be 1 week late. I am still waiting for my mattress but no call from Sears yet.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
