January 2018 I paid for a fridge using my credit card online. the fridge with the top freezer was never delivered but the other item on that order was.

The warehouse where it was suppose to be delivered said they never received the item. My credit card was charge. Sears could not provide me with a signature and name of the person who except the item, because they knew it was never sent. I am going to make sure this do not happen to anyone else, because I will write every social media known and expose them.

That refrigerator does not cost a few pennies, that s hundreds of dollars. I am very disappointed and inconvenient because I have already gotten rid of my old fridge.
