i bought a chainsaw from sears a little over a year ago i had trouble from the get go with it and sent it in for service and they fixed it and sent it back well i go to use it again and guess what it does the same thing run a couple of minutes and dies and wont start so i send it back after 2 weeks i get a call the i would have to pay for it because it had dirt in the piston can cylinder so i ask the lady if it had filters on it to prevent stuff like this she said she would have to find out and low and be hold 2 days later the reason it wasn't covered was changed to due to lack of lubrication i called sears to tell my story and they said call craftsman and when i call them they tell me to call the service center and they tell me to call my local store and they tell me to call sear so after 3 weeks of dealing with this and talking to 40 to 50 different people they are sending me back my saw (which only has about 15 minutes of run time on it since brand new) broke and to make it right they are going to give me a $30 gift card for all my troubles with my $180 saw i have not even cut one whole tree with so i am making signs for my truck and as soon as my local store calls me that they have my saw back i will set in their parking lot and show everyone walking into the store what kind of junk they sell and how worthless there customer service is

read my post my name phone number and complaint reference number is in it you can earn earn your nice fat salary by contacting me i have no desire to get on the phone with the dog and pony show you call customer service and talk to 4 people how cant speak English well enough to order a pizza but think they are some how smarter than me just to get the someone will call you within 24 hours so if you want to talk to me either pick up the phone and call me or you can come see me in person when i'm sitting outside your store
