On Nov.29,2018 my refrigerator purchased at sears will be three old. already broke down,repaired twice and still not working ...We lost all our food in fridge ..on the first repair they said wait for 24 hours for it to be in full operation ,they charged $447.27 ..and gave me a 90 day service guarantee,.26 hours latter it was 67 degrees in the freezer and the same in the fridge..

sears won't even give me a Voucher for the loss of my food....the problem was that the freezer was not working correctly we are going on the third repair .. i can not tell how upset we are with sears and their products ..all we got for this mess is ..were is very expensive to keeping ordering out and living out of coolers having to be filled with ice....we will never again purchase anything from sears ...maybe this is why they are closing 75 stores ..Horrible Horrible,, Angry
