Yes went to Philippines no Appathy horrible! We had a technician come out four months ago to replace the motor.We had the appliace technician come for the freezer only to be told we needed a new door 1400.00 .We have always purchased sears appliance. The Aplliance is 13 months and the freezer wire cut in half. We are a family of two work during the day. There isn’t any way the wire should have cut unless it wasn’t wired properly from the factory.

The other door falls the technician said this is something that happens you just have to keep raising with the appropriate tool.

I am a very dissatisfied !!!
